Incidentally, I just assumed there was no lenition because of the DNTLS rule. Does it not apply in this case, i.e., in the genitive of an Lon Dubh? (and what is the proper vocative of Lon Dubh?)

I though attributive adjectives were lenited despite that?

Good old Gaelainn, always some nuance, that's why we love it!
In Munster the attributive adjectives don't obey the DNTLS rules. However I know the DNTLS rule has different "strengths" in each dialect, so "Nótaí an Loin Duibh"
could be correct for other dialects.
A Bhreandáin, the vocative of Lon Dubh is A Loin Dhuibh, with lenition on the adjective (in Munster at least). Although since people
would rarely say something like
A Loin Dhuibh, this is just sticking to the traditional grammar, not necessarily what would actually
be said.
EDIT: Correct vocative.
