I went to use the phrase "go maith" today, but hen stopped because I wasn't sure if I could use it that way (ENG "alright/ good, thank you"). So I was wondering, what are the different ways to use the term "go maith", for I am under the impression that there are a few.

You can say "tá go maith" or simply "go maith" in the same way as the English phrases "allright," "good," "very well," "that's fine" etc.
